[CD-13] Multiple occurrences of procedure for dowlonading EAP Maven repo zip in Development Guide

Description

    The same procedure is included in following sections:
    2.2.3. Install the JBoss EAP Maven Repository Locally
    2.2.4. Install the JBoss EAP Maven Repository for Use with Apache httpd
    2.2.5. Install the JBoss EAP Maven Repository Using Nexus Maven Repository Manager

    The only change is the last step when unzipping the zip. Maybe the procedure for downloading can be included only once and referred to from the other sections with the additional instructions how to unzip and potentially configure it.
