[7.1] Messaging export/import-journal is not supported for JDBC persistent store

In management model of Wildfly there are operations called import/export-journal which import/export messaging data from/to XML format. These operations are supported only for file based journal and they are not supported for JDBC based journal.

In the documentation it should be mentioned this limitation. As a workaround customers can use JMS bridge for transfering messages.
