[CD12] Change product name mentions to 'JBoss EAP CD for OpenShift'

As per conversation with Bilge and Betty, the EAP OpenShift guides will need to change the short product names to differentiate the CD images from a regular EAP image release.

The approved change is to change "JBoss EAP for OpenShift" throughout the two guides to "JBoss EAP CD for OpenShift"
