This is correct for EAP 7.1 and before, but for EAP CD we're co-locating the templates with the image itself, so the URL should be:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jboss-container-images/jboss-eap-7-openshift-image/eap-cd/templates/

This URL will work once https://github.com/jboss-container-images/jboss-eap-7-openshift-image/pull/69#pullrequestreview-107998634 has been merged and branched to eap-cd.
