it seems that management console won't be available for EAP 7.2.0.CD12.
I'm not sure yet since https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBEAP-14448
The fact that management console is not available in Openshift should be noted wherever configuration via management console is described in documentation especially in the configuration guide.
