I just glanced at the Tech Preview statement in the CD12 Release Notes on stage (Chapter 2). How about you change the statement to use the statement wording under Template in the Technology Preview guidelines.

You'll have to update the wording to say that all new and changed features in CD12 are Technology Preview. All CD releases during the EAP 7.2 timeframe are Technology Preview in terms of new/changed features.
