Issue description: The current state of the underlying XNIO subsystem caused, that amount of core threads is always equal to maximum amount of threads. This state caused JBEAP-14048 and should be resolved by JBEAP-8434.
Suggestion for improvement: Please add note to Configuration Guide (18.2. Configuring a Worker) and/or Performance Tuning Guide (10.1. Configuring Workers) that core pool size and max pool size are equal.
