In bulk 48, there was added ActiveMQ Journal Object Store followed by Configuring JDBC Persistence and Table 14.3. Database Store Elements. The newly added content seems to be irrelevant to the rest of the section.

I suggest to remove the new content, or to add missing context (if possible).
