[7.0] Messaging Doc - Artemis HA with replicated journal is not supported/recommended between datacenters

    Description

      After internal discussion with dev, qe and gss, we would like to mention that Artemis HA with replicated journal is not supported/recommended to configure between datacenters.

      This should be documented in Configuring Messaging guide for EAP 7.0 and EAP 7.1.
