[Artemis upgrade] Core bridges need to be reconfigured

For more information about origin of this issue see JBEAP-13857.

In bridge configuration element there may be an reference to core address which doesn't have to be valid in EAP 7.2 anymore.

Customer impact: XML configuration from EAP 7.1 doesn't have to work in EAP 7.2 and must be updated.
