[Artemis upgrade] Address settings needs to be reconfigured

For more information about origin of this issue see JBEAP-13857.

In address-setting configuration element there are references to core addresses which are not valid in EAP 7.2 anymore.

Customer impact: XML configuration from EAP 7.1 doesn't have to work in EAP 7.2 and must be updated.
