Webconsole - runtime - webservices - responses graph - zero value not shown, old one displayed

    Description

      Generate some load on WS deployment - remember to enable statistics on http://localhost:9990/console/App.html#profile/webservices

      Go to http://localhost:9990/console/App.html#standalone-runtime/webservice-runtime and select one deployment with some requests after that select deployment with 0 request.

      See the attached image, value in the graph incorrect - the old one, not the 0.
