Webconsole - runtime - webservices doesn't show any deployment

    Description

      Webconsole - runtime - webservices [1] doesn't show any deployment when deployments with WS are deployed.

      You have to enable statistics [2] to see the deployments, but statistics are disabled by defaults.

      This is blocker for GA release from our perspective. Quite a candidate for Beta blocker.
