[7.1] [Documentation] Wrong article in provider description

Development Guide -> 18.1.4. Remoting Client Configuration Using the wildfly-config.xml File -> description of the "provider" element says:

"This element defines an remote transport provider."

Not an expert, but I think the correct article is "a" instead of "an".
