[RN] Implement suggestion for managing prepared transactions section

Make the following changes based on tomjenkinson's feedback to the "Viewing, Committing, and Rolling Back Prepared Transactions" section.

1. The title is too generic as this is just for messaging. Change the title to "Viewing and Managing Messaging Prepared Transactions" or "Viewing and Managing ActiveMQ Prepared Transactions"
2. Adjust the text accordingly to specify that this is specifically for messaging.
