Discovery with relation to https://issues.jboss.org/browse/WINDUPRULE-307 results that

Resteasy Yaml Provider is not mentioned in EAP 7.0 Migration Guide even it should be
Resteasy Serializable Provider is not mentioned in EAP 7.0 Migration Guide even it should be there.

The EAP 7.1 Migration Guide mentions these two things as EAP 7.1 specific migration thing, but they are both in EAP 7.0 too.

Please fix both Migration guides:

adding them into EAP 7.0
and removing EAP 7.1 words from EAP 7.1 Migration Guide.
