Some layered products/projects might need access to specific utilitarian classes from Elytron, for example, BRMS' use of https://github.com/wildfly-security/wildfly-elytron/blob/master/src/main/java/org/wildfly/security/sasl/util/UsernamePasswordHashUtil.java.

I suggest we split Elytron's utility classes into a new module which can then be easily integrated into other products/projects.
