[GSS](7.1.0) Output a log message when reaching/exceeding max-connections

    Description

      It would be better to output a log message in EAP 7 when reaching (and/or exceeding) max-connections.

      For example, EAP 6 output the following log message when reaching max-connections:

      JBWEB003008: Maximum number of threads (20) created for connector with address /127.0.0.1 and port 8080
