The QS readme says:
The messaging-clustering-singleton quickstart demonstrates the use of clustering with Apache ActiveMQ and Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform.

It should be replaced by ...with integrated Apache ActiveMQ Artemis, see the details in this comment.
