(7.1.z) CMTOOL-168 - Elytron subsystem created by migration tool is outdated

    Description

      Server migration tool adds default Elytron subsystem snippet into migrated configuration file. This snippet is now outdated and doesn't contain the latest updates in the subsystem configuration.

      run diff against expected (7.1.0.CR2 out of box snippet) and actual (6.4.0 migrated to 7.1.0 using migration tool from 7.1.0.CR2 distro) xml files.

      workaround:
      Copy configuration snippet from out-of-box configuration file.
