      1. Create directory C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\overlay-content_dFt
      2. create file overlay.html with some custom content
      3. start the server and deploy attached application, which has in jboss-web.xml defined overlay to point to C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\overlay-content_dFt => using the shortened name to the above created dir.
      4. go to http://localhost:8080/overlay/overlay.html and instead of getting the content, you get 404.

When using overlays and the overlay directory is defined via shortened path allowed on Windows (path looking something like C:\Users\ADMINI~1\overlay, the files in overlay directory are not found and 404 is returned.
