In our Developement Guide, we have a section A.1. PROVIDED UNDERTOW HANDLERS with list of handlers available in Undertow. This list is not complete at all. We should either complete it or put some note/disclaimer that this list is not complete and give customer some hint where to search for full list of handlers available.

From QE point of view, some disclaimer that this is not a full list is good enough as this is a developement guide and list of most important handlers should be sufficient. Also please add some steps where customer can find full list (e.g. "For a full list of handlers available, see source code for appropriate Undertow version", or something similar).
