Issue description:
The section "2.2. How to Secure the Management Interfaces" newly contains the "Table 2.1. Support Level for the Different SASL Authentication Mechanisms". This table should be rather placed to a more common place which will also contain other SASL mechanism related information (see JBEAP-7694). The table is not management-interface specific.

Suggestions for improvement:

• create a new documentation section for SASL mechanisms (JBEAP-7694);
• move the table into the section
• link the new section from the "How to Secure the Management Interfaces"
• the table should contain all of mechanisms included in Elytron (i.e. also the unsupported ones)
