[RN] Update Offliner input file name from Beta to GA

Issue Description: 5. Technology Preview chapter contains file name for Beta: jboss-eap-7.1.0.Beta1-maven-repository-content-with-sha256-checksums.txt.

Suggestion for improvement: This should be updated to GA file name. However, I don't know the exact name. Probably it will be jboss-eap-7.1.0-maven-repository-content-with-sha256-checksums.txt, but this must be confirmed by PgM/RCM.
