Extend JBDS instructions for ejb-security-jaas and ejb-security-programmatic-auth quickstarts

Run the Quickstart in Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio or Eclipse instruction for ejb-security-jaas quickstart should also include instructions on deploying the server module, running the client and enabling the role mappers. The same applies for ejb-security-programmatic-auth with the exception of role mappers.
