Issue description:
In section 7.4.1. Migrate a Naming Client Configuration to Elytron there is Example: InitialContext Code Used in the Previous Release which uses url with localhost. However examples in MIGRATE THE NAMING CLIENT uses 127.0.0.1. It should be unified.

Suggestion for improvement:
In Example: InitialContext Code Used in the Previous Release change http-remoting://localhost:8080 to http-remoting://127.0.0.1:8080.
