Issue description:
There is currently first paragraph which says that In cases where you have included a wildfly-config.xml with your deployment or the system property has been set, an AuthenticationContext is automatically parsed and created from that file. This is correct only in case when no default-authentication-context is configured in Application server. If default-authentication-context is configured then it is used for deployment.

Suggestion for improvement:
Add information from Issue description to documentation.
