    Description

      Upgrade Apache CXF to 3.1.13 (from 3.1.12) and JBossWS-CXF to 5.1.10 (from 5.1.9).
      This also requires an upgrade of Apache WSS4J to 2.1.11 and Apache Santuario to 2.0.9.
