In Chapter 5. Remote JNDI lookup, in the Example: Configuration for an MDB Resource Adapter: there is a URL containing the http-remoting scheme. Per WFCORE-296, it is now preferred to use remote+http instead, so the example should rather use the new scheme name (the old one will still work, but we should encourage users to use the new one)
