Documentation: Add chapter "Deploy the WebSphere MQ 7.5 Resource Adapter" to Administration Guide

      We need to document the way how WebSphere MQ 7.5 resource adapter should be configured in EAP 7. It would be basically the same as described in [1]. Can you add this chapter to EAP 7 Administration Guide, please?
