Console log handler not available in default managed domain profiles is listed under deprecated features. However, it cannot be deprecated as it has already been removed. As Release Notes state at the beginning of Deprecated Features section, deprecated features can be removed in future releases.

This will be documented in Migration Guide via JBEAP-11309 so there is probably no need to include it in Release Notes, too. If it is needed in Release Notes, it should be put to another section (I don't know which).
