[RN] Remove details of 'Display Resource Details of REST Endpoints' subchapter

      RN chapter "RESTEasy" -> "Display Resource Details of REST Endpoints" contains long example which is too detailed for RN. Please remve the example and provide link for documentation instead. The documentation for this RFE is here https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBEAP-7132.
