1. The subchapter in RN: "Logging RESTEasy Providers and Interceptors" should be moved under "RESTEasy" chapter.
2. Remove the cli commands from RN as this is described in Developing Webservices applications guide. See https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBEAP-11167. And provide link in RN for this documentation.

The mentioned cli commands to be removed from RN are:
