[7.0] Migration - Update JBoss Server Migration Tool info when it is GA

    Description

      The text in the Migration Guide currently states it will be the preferred method of migration when the tool goes final. It is not supported in the pre-release version.

      When it goes GA, I need to modify the following topics:

      docs/topics/migration-tool-server-migration-tool.adoc
      docs/topics/migrate-management-cli-migration-operations.adoc
      docs/topics/migrate-server-configuration-options.adoc

      I also need to use the document attribute for the tool name in this topic:

      docs/topics/migrate-messaging-data.adoc
