Elytron reload-certificate-revocation-list operation should fail when invalid CRL file is used

    Description

      Operation reload-certificate-revocation-list on Elytron trust-manager should fail when invalid CRL file is provided.

      When invalid file is provided, the operation succeed and an error raises in server log only with the first request. Old CRL is kept in use.

      An administrator should be immediately aware that reload of the CRL failed.
