[7.0] Unify example titles in Development Guide

There are several different ways of examples in the book, e.g.:

1. HelloWorldServlet Class Code Example, HelloService Class Code Example - "Example" at the end
2. Example MySQL JDBC Driver module.xml File, Example META-INF/jboss-all.xml - "Example" at the beginning
3. The following example uses the 7.0.0.GA version of the jboss-eap-javaee7 BOM. - no example title
4. Example of a Singleton Deployment Descriptor:, Example of singleton-deployment element in jboss-all.xml: - "of" with colon at the end
5. Example of module-info output - "of" without colon at the end
6. Example: jboss-deployment-structure.xml with two dependencies, Example: Configured Module Dependencies in pom.xml - italics
7. Example: Provide a class loader to load and initialize the TargetClass, Example: Configuration for an MDB Resource Adapter - bold
8. Example. INSERT Query Statements, Example. Bulk Update Statement - dot instead of colon

I suggest choosing one way and us it across the book where it makes sense. Currently it looks unorganized.
