Documentation about the legacy EJB client

    Description

      We need to document the legacy ejb client, introduced via JBEAP-10759. It is meant to be used by users who require full EJB client library compatibility with applications developed using the EAP 7.0's EJB client.       We especially need to document how to set up Maven dependencies. I have an example here https://github.com/jmartisk/mock-artifacts/blob/6a46a22b35b9eca2cbfdbb42c54237e3a5aaf148/ejbclient/eap7.1-legacy-client/client/pom.xml#L41 (but it will have some changes due to JBEAP-10877)
