[GSS](7.1.0] Nodes don't form a cluster if asym_encrypt is configured in JGroups subsystem

    Description

      If asym_encrypt is configured in the jgroups subsystem, the nodes don't form a cluster.
      The default config with tcp and udp works.

      NOTE: CLI script for legacy config fails. If legacy config xml snippet is added directly to domain.xml, instance boots up with errors. However nodes don't form a cluster.
