It's not possible to suspend server using Web Console in domain.

      1. start domain
      2. using web console select
      2.1 either Runtime > Hosts > master > server-one
      2.2 or Runtime > Server Groups > main-server-group
      3. click the arrow on the right side of 'View' and select 'Suspend'
      4. in the popup window click 'Suspend Server'
      5. using CLI ask for /host=master/server=server-one:read-attribute(name=suspend-state) (result should be "SUSPENDED")

      Working neither for server group nor for paticular server. On the other hand resume group works.
