I'm not sure about neither of these, they just look weird to me. Please review:

1. one of the address fields is "Apto", shouldn't it be "Apt"?
2. when entering the "Zip" for example "12345", a comma is automatically inserted into the number so it is "12,345". Is the comma separating thousands used in a zip code?
