Getting started guide mentions missing README.html files

    Description

      Procedure 5.5. Build and Deploy the Quickstarts Using a Command Line mentiones README.html files 3 times. However, the HTML format of README files is not yet available for Quickstarts. README.md is available only.

      I'm not sure if HTML format will be available for Alpha Quickstarts or not. In case it won't, please use README.md in documentation instead.
