Central is not available from studio staging update site

I cannot reach https://devstudio.redhat.com/12/staging/updates/central/12.21.1.GA/ while https://devstudio.redhat.com/12/staging/updates/central/12.21.1.GA/ was available. 

It blocks some itests to run right now. Not sure about any other consequence.
