      I reproduced it locally.
      1) java -jar codereadystudio-12.18.0.GA-installer-standalone.jar
      2)Go to Preference->JBoss Tools-> JBoss Runtimes Detection->Download...->Adding EAP 7.3.0
      3)Got a 404 error.
