The installer should generate two installers; one that is bundled with EAP another without EAP.
This is to reduce the file size and for those who don't need the EAP for JBDS usage (i.e. SOA-P users)
The installer ui should be updated to only show the ui related to the bundled server if it includes it. Otherwise it should be removed.
The page about additional runtimes is still relevant though.
