I noticed this issue in a previous GA release and in the latest release from Dec 22 that I just installed on my Lenovo laptop

In the Dev Studio Installer - Step 1 of 10 - there is a typo:

Click the "Next" Button to proceed*ed* to the next screen.

"proceeded" should be "proceed" as in:
Click the "Next" Button to proceed to the next screen.
