Using mentioned workaround I get:

What I did to get rid of this error message was removing from xsi:schemaLocation string "http://www.jboss.com/xml/ns/javaee http://www.jboss.org/j2ee/schema/jboss-ejb3-2_0.xsd"
thought i think this is wrong approach and i did not deploy this quickstart yet.
