      1. download and run DevSuite 1.4 installer
      2. Proceed to Confirmation step when check for install components is done.
      3. Verify that check finish.
      4. Bring another window (web browser) to the front obscuring the installer window.
      5. Minimize other window exposing DevSuite installer
      6. Note that it re-runs the installed component check.

    Description

      The DevSuite Windows installer re-runs the search for installed components every time there is a window event like restore/bring to front, minimize, etc. Considering how long it can take this can be quite annoying.
