EXECUTE: Create Seam project (or JSF).
EXECUTE: Open Archives view.
EXECUTE: Right click on Archives view > New Archive.

Make sure we mentioned the following in guide:
EAR, EJB JAR, and WAR are contributed by the AS-Tools plugin / feature. Without AS-Tools, only jar will show up. With AS-Tools, all options are present.
