use new logo in UI of Development Suite installer

    Description

      Based on feedback from pmuiratbleepbleep, tmancini_jira and crobson@redhat.com we'll go for using the brackets logo for the big Developer Platform installers (56M stub and 1.6G bundled).

      We are now using the JBDS 9-style logotype, not the RHD brackets.
