3. Help > Install New Software...
4. Add the https://devstudio.redhat.com/updates/8.0/
5. See the Error Log view

If the date in your OS is behind the real date then it is not possible to access

via installation wizard in Eclipse IDE. See the attached SSLHandshakeException. If you fix the date then it works as expected.
